Those buildings were obviously traced from aerial imagery. Hence the lack of house numbers. If we would be allowed to use cadastre like they are in France, I'm pretty sure all of Elsene/Ixelles would already be complete with buildings, house numbers and all.<br>

I see that there are some buildings at least in parts of Saint Gilles<br>
and Bruxelles.<br>

I have many questions about the buildings data in Belgium :<br>

1/ where these information come from ? I have not found. Could any of<br>
you let me know how I could have searched by myself ?<br>
<br>
2/ If they have been introduced one by one or in a batch input ?<br>
<br>
3/ If it was a batch input, where would the data come from ?<br>
<br>
4/ Is there a city, village, commune/gemeente in Belgium that has made<br>
a policy to provide its cadastre to OSM ? (or similar data)<br>
