<blockquote type="cite">You should be interested in the file
"zone30_BE.asc" from the zip.
<br>
That's just a CSV file with the columns "lon, lat, text".
<br>
<br>
So you can just use the GpsBabel command
<br>
<br>
gpsbabel -i CSV -f zone30_BE.asc -x swap -o GPX -F zone30_BE.gpx
<br>

Something interesting to do:
<br>
<br>
You could make a map with this zones, and work like I did on
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://ukwmaps.tk">http://ukwmaps.tk</a>
<br>
<br>
or
<br>
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://lijnhaltes.tk">http://lijnhaltes.tk</a>
<br>
<br>
Of course, you can copy the code:
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/">http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/</a>
<br>
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/index.htm">http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/index.htm</a>
<br>
<br>
wget
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/index.htm">http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/index.htm</a><br>
<br>
and make a table like
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/VLETEREN.txt">http://dxradio.woelmuis.nl/research/delijn/gemeente/gemeentewww/VLETEREN.txt/VLETEREN.txt</a>
<br>

I was doing exactly that while you were writing this, see my message

there are data we could use. But it's saved on a strange file

I have transfered the POIs to OSM locally and<br>
<ul>
<li>it's easy to update the real OSM with it</li>
<li>but 1000 points take a long time manually</li>
<li>we could share the job<br>
</li>
</ul>
<p>But the real problem is that OSM needs the start and end
coordinates of the speed limit<br>
and that the POIs contain only one coordinate.<br>
</p>
<p>I am sending an e-mail to Tagging to ask their advice.</p>
