That's defenitely an OSM map they are using. At the bottom
right you can see: powered by : <a moz-do-not-send="true"
class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.giscloud.com/">http://www.giscloud.com/</a>
and they give openstreetmap credit. Of course the layer on top
is their own. I don't think it's 'our' data anyway, so afaik.
