    vehicle=no alone is wrong because it allows access to horses.<br>

    access=destination is wrong because it does not allow access to

    pedestrians and to horses, and delivery and emergency vehicles must

    be added.<br>

    I have just written a message saying that what we tag must be

    correct and that translates the Belgian law <b>very precisely</b>

    to OSM tags.  It should have been sent before but it follows.<br>

    I know that that tagging does not look simple but it is so.<br>
