The first talk gives a long list of websites to get an idea about the<br>
completeness and quality of the code, as well as some fun, interesting<br>
topic maps. The second one attempts to give an overview of the<br>
different mapping types, but the demos where more important.<br>

This evening will try to setup a google hangout (in Dutch) to exchange<br>
tips and tricks on using JOSM. It will be the first time that we'll do<br>
this so it will be a nice learning experience with hangouts as well.<br>
I'll post the URL between 19u30 and 20u00. You need to install a<br>
browser plugin to follow.<br>

I would like to thank Nicolas and ESI for organizing and hosting the<br>
meeting yesterday. I enjoyed meeting the other people (and even giving<br>
the talk :-)  )<br>

Op de bijeenkomst gisteren in ESI heb ik 2 presentaties gegeven, of 1<br>
grote zo je wil. De slides van die presentaties vind je op<br>
bovenstaande links. Als je er niet bij was is het misschien wat<br>
moeilijker om te begrijpen wat er gezegd is. Tijdens de eerste<br>
presentatie heb ik getracht aan de hand van een aantal websites te<br>
laten zien hoe mensen de kwaliteit van OSM data kunnen interpreteren.<br>
<br>
In de tweede presentatie kwamen de verschillende "niveaus" van mappen<br>
aan bod: lokale kennis, natekenen van satelliet beelden, surveys,<br>
eenvoudige imports.<br>
De demos waren feitelijk belangrijker dan de slides.<br>
<br>
Mocht je nog vragen hebben, laat maar komen.<br>
<br>
Deze avond gaan we google hangouts uitproberen om truukjes in het<br>
gebruik van JOSM uit te wisselen. Voor een aantal onder ons is het de<br>
eerste keer, dus we zullen ook moeten leren wat wel en niet werkt via<br>
deze methode. Voertaal zal Nederlands zijn. Tussen 19u30 en 20u00 zal<br>
ik de link naar de hangout op deze lijst gooien. Je moet wel een<br>
browser plugin installeren om mee te kunnen doen.<br>

Verder wil ik Nicolas en ESI nog bedanken voor het organizeren van de<br>
bijeenkomst. Het was aangenaam om andere mappers te ontmoeten/terug te<br>
zien. Zelfs het geven van de presentaties viel mee :-)<br>
