Why to use this?<br>

That is a 1 min updated <b>bitmap layer</b> of all publicly visible
GPX traces uploaded by OSM users.<br>

If, for any reason, you want JOSM to load the <b>real</b> GPX data
over an area as a <b>GPX layer</b>, use File>Download_from_OSM,
choose the area and tick <b>Data Sources and Types: </b><b>Raw GPS
data</b>.<br>
