You should store your xxxx.xml file on any server an <a
href="http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Presets?action=edit">insert
it's URL here</a>.<br>
I don't know how to store a file on OSM.org that does not produce
html instead of XML.<br>
but I may try with my server and you'll change my URL to yours when
you can.<br>
