<div dir="ltr">When I read the licence file it's the same conditions as the CRAB dataset. There is an obligation to mention the source, just add it to the list of sources on the wiki and specify that it's about borders.<div class="gmail_extra">

At least the shapefile is clear about the license, and you can<br>
