Belgium is a strange country.<br>
In the north, they're able but not allowed to use it.<br>
In the south, they are allowed to use it but unable to (no WMS 4326).<br>
We should focus on adding to SPW Arcgis the few configuration lines I've shown. <br>
That's all there is to it unless the Arcgis doc is deceiving.<br>
