<p dir="ltr">True that. Luckily, phone boots are shown quite prominently on Osmand. I found two of these phones near home while mapping or navigating with Osmand.<br>
How about we make a (quarterly?) "task" to check all phones without an operator? Some of these will be a bit out of our way, but it would be a good opportunity to survey some places where otherwise we wouldn't get.</p>
<p dir="ltr">That said, the general problem has two possible solutions :<br>
-we make it easier to resurvey. For example by adding tags about when something was last checked. Or by making a map view that shows how old POI data is an area, giving an indication as to how long ago something was mapped<br>
-we grow data use and sporadic contributors. More people seeing the data means more people will spot mistakes, hopefully prompting them to correct it. Just like a wrong one-way is a trigger for many newbies now, a wrong POI might be a trigger in the future, once we have almost all POIs. </p>
