      Yes, schools have been a mess within OSM. I've been doing my best
      to clean this up as much as possible in the past weeks.<br>
      <br>
      - According to tag-info, there are very little 'school:be' and
      'school:fr'-entries, we can safely ignore them.<br>
      - Childcare has become an established tag with 40k entries
      worldwide. A kindergarten has as defining feature that it offers
      early education too<br>
