On behalf of NRCan, I confirm that OSM users are welcome to use NRCan's Canvec and GeoBase products for derivation and / or inclusion in OpenStreetMap under the OpenStreetMap licenses and contributor terms,
 
as we understand that Openstreetmap fulfill the following NRCan licences ...
