Does it make sense to split up the GeoBase Import pages by database?
Perhaps somebody with some wiki-fu could look at this for us? As we
fill things in on the current page it will soon be too long a page to be
easily managed.

I'm imagining:

GeoBase Import
- with an introductory paragraph, brief history, and a status table and
links for the sub-projects. Move the announcement down the page, or
link to it on a separate page?

Then separate pages for each sub-project, for example:
GeoBase Satellite imagery
- description of the data, source and how OSM came to have it.
- existing resources: is it in a public WMS?
- Plans: can a WMS plugin for josm / potlatch / merkaartor take
advantage of the existing WMS?
- Who's planning to do what to integrate the resource for OSM use?
Perhaps as a table with the specific tasks, task owners, milestones and
progress indicators that can migrate back to the summary page?

Then similar pages as appropriate for the other sub-projects.

Does this seem about right?

I like the idea. It will be easier to follow the progress by sub-project.

Michel
