What was the method you used to import the buildings?</div></blockquote><div><br>You that I am a FME fan. So I made a quick FME workbench to import the building. I am going to make it more generic and I'll use the chart you prepared (thanks). I'll add my name on the status table for Canvec Import when I be ready to import buildings. I'll update the chart if it needs to be adjusted.<br>

The method i discribe should NOT be used, as i dont use the many<br>
different building ID's available (the wiki chart has the list of what<br>
tags each ID Should get).<br>

2010009_2.shp includes everything from Train Station Buildings to<br>

_2 indicates polygon.<br>
And yes, CanVec doesnt distinguish between different educational<br>
buildings... lumps them all in to the same category.<br>

Also my method does not imort NIDs.<br>
