Sam,<br><br>Your Tofino CanVec data has the same problem. At intersections, all the geometries must share the same node. So when you generate the osm ways to create the osm file you must built them with the same node id at intersections. It is true for all the features not only roads. It is easy to see: in josm or potlatch if you try to move the node at an intersection all the features should move. If only one move it means that the node is not shared by the features. I think it is wrong !<br>

Therefore, it means that lines are not connected to each other. At intersections, it is important to share the same node. To duplicate nodes it may look fine cartographically but it does not respect the osm model. <br>
