<div>Have the mapper, or one of us, flag all of his edits up until know with a tag, for example, "unverified=yes". Something that triggers maplint to complain would be best. Then, ask him to only untag streets he knows from memory, or that he's visited (and has a GPS track to back up). That way, we can slowly grandfather the unknown data out.</div>
