I just uploaded shp-to-osm 0.7, a Java tool to convert shapefiles to OSM format.<br><br>This version adds two important features:<br>- "glomming": the ability to connect ways based on a key/value pair<br>- tags for multipolygon relations have been moved from the relation to the outer ways (fixing a bug with the -t option)<br>
