to render cities depending on there size (ie. cities, town, village, etc).
But I see nothing for Islands. It seems that it is thought for small islands

island that cannot be identified properly. The Anticosti Island is 250km long. I
place a Place=Island tag at the center of the island. You can see it
at zoom level 12 and higher. See how it is rendered comparatively to the
size of the island.</FONT></FONT></DIV>
