There are a couple of OpenStreetMap based entries <a href="http://www.apps4ottawa.ca/en/apps">www.apps4ottawa.ca/en/apps</a>, mine use Maperitive but I think there are a couple more floating around.  It would be appreciated if you hype them up a little by dropping in a comment or vote on one or more of these to raise the profile of OpenStreetMap.  Most of the rest seem to be Google map type things.<br>
