I'll try to follow it, albeit not closely. Just about 6000 km nowadays. ;) Will there be a mailing list or something? French is not an issue.

Regarding work in the area: have a look at residential areas which are built after 2009. Perhaps a couple of other roads have changed names in the meantime. Also the info from the RTC was released under an open data license a while back. Maybe it could be use to add more bus lines to Quebec City. And of course the Bing imagery in the area is great, which could be put to good use as well :)

There is also some work to be done to the Geobase roads which were imported in 2009 (by me or others). Those don't have names. It's still on my list to do something about it (by either copying the names from the latest Canvec roads, or replace them
altogether if they aren't edited since the import), although I must admit that it has sunken to the bottom.

Anyways, it's great to hear that a real community is growing at last :) I wish you guys a lot of succes!

Frank

_______________________________________________
Talk-ca mailing list
Talk-ca@openstreetmap.org
http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-ca
