The tiles need to be rerendered and over large areas they're not always detected as having changes so don't need to be rerendered.<div><br></div><div>I know you can do it manually on a per-tile basis really easily.</div>
<div>Right click on the map where it is map and open image in a new tab. Then append "/dirty" to the image url and click enter.</div><div>E.g. visit the web address

I think eventually it should update anyway, but that might be something like a week.</div><div><br></div><div>You may also just need to refresh your browser image cache. Click the permalink, then press F5 (or Cntrl+F5).<br>
