You might get some help from UrtheCast, as a Canadian company they might<br>
be willing to donate access to footage.<br>

Not sure that they can provide geo-referenced shots, but any info might be<br>
of use. Their cameras are fixed on ISS, so any orbital software/website<br>
will tell you if/when they have near passes.<br>
