this election, 680 cast ballots. Tobias Knerr and Joost Schouppe have 

been elected.<br><br>There has been some discussion about the number of 

board members with HOT connections, my understanding is currently the 

board has a couple of past presidents of HOT on it.<br><br>OSMF only has

 1,057 eligible voters and recently 100 new members joined from the same

 IP address at roughly the same time. They were not eligible to vote in 

this year's elections but will be in next year's elections.<br><br>The 

wider the membership the easier it is to represent a wider range of 

interests and the less OSM has to depend on corporate donations so
