<div dir="auto">I would have serious concerns on the Open Data side.<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">As far as I am aware only the City of Ottawa's Open Data licence in Ontario meets the requirements of OpenStreetMap. I don't see much OSM specific activity under <a href="https://hackf.org" rel="noreferrer noreferrer" target="_blank">https://hackf.org</a>. They have <br>
sub-groups for a variety of technologies but not OSM. I also don't remember <br>
them running any/many OSM themed events (mapping parties etc).<br>

The opendatawindsor group <br>
(<a href="http://hackf.org/initiatives/opendatawindsoressex/" rel="noreferrer noreferrer" target="_blank">http://hackf.org/initiatives/opendatawindsoressex/</a>) doesn't even mention <br>
openstreetmap and it looks like it was using municipal data not OSM data.<br>
