For having played with the issue I can report the following, not
to make that thread drag forever.

computed/rendered on the server, they are rather not
transferred/downloaded by the browser. The tiles simply stop
coming. Only happen when browsing <a
href="http://openstreetmap.org" class=""
moz-do-not-send="true">openstreetmap.org</a>. <br>
