Those street have no particular legal status that I am aware of, but a brief edit conflict seems to have resolved by the editor(s) wanting the living_street tag outlasting editor(s) seeking correctness.<br></div><div><br></div><div>I'm not really opposed to it, though it's not correct in OSM terms as it stands now.<br></div><div><br></div><div>I'm not holding my breath on Ontario creating the legal category, so it _might_ be worth it to create some criteria that would describe physical and legal characteristics (surface, curbs, sidewalks, max speed?) of a street that might get the living_street tag per province?
