ESRI states:</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>In 2020, Esri announced support of ArcGIS datasets in popular OSM editors, <a href="https://mapwith.ai/rapid" target="_blank"><span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span>RapiD<span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span></a> and <a href="https://gitlab.com/gokaart/JOSM_MapWithAI" target="_blank"><span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span>JOSM<span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span></a>. Since then, over <a href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Esri/ArcGIS_Datasets" target="_blank"><span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span><strong><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;text-decoration:none'>120 ArcGIS datasets</span></strong><span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span></a> with over <strong><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif'>80 million features</span></strong> have been shared! The OSM community has performed thousands of changesets with this data and added close to 1 million new or enhanced features.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>If Community Maps contributors choose to share their data, and we believe the data would add value to OpenStreetMap, Esri or one of our partners (e.g. <a href="https://www.kaart.com/" target="_blank"><span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span>Kaart<span class=jsx-1f24ab0bc0e7a45f> </span></a>) will prepare the data for use in OSM and make it available to the OSM community through RapiD.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>OpenStreetMap community mappers can <strong><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif'>add that data to OSM</span></strong>, further enriching it with their local knowledge in the process.
