Hay que añadir "&Styles=default" al URL generado por JOSM :
wms:http://cernunosat05.cern.ch/arcgis/services/FL-20110521-COL/Flood_Analysis/MapServer/WMSServer?FORMAT=image/jpeg&VERSION=1.1.1&SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetMap&Layers=0&Styles=default&

Esto me hace pensar que podría ser que imagenes Landsat o EO-1 recientes
sean útiles para trazar en este contexto.
