<br></div><div style>Time for the SOTM Baltic: I suggest a weekend in July. The exact dates to be decided. We need enough time for planning and preparation. Also it is important to have enough time for some participants from Russia to apply for Estonian visa.</div>
<div style><br></div><div style>Event format: very unformal (it's more like UNconference than an academic conference): normal talks, lighting talks, "podium discussions", social event in a pub in the evening.</div>

sounds like a very good idea. From Estonia Jaak has been on several SOTM-s, I have been visiting SOTM in Amsterdam and Girona, Andres Kaaber was in Girona I suppose. I would not go into details but we were using Russian there alot :)<br>
