Según vi ayer hay que hacer el cambio en los dos ficheros (no está puesto el "best") y la justificación la pones en el pull request que haces para que mergeen tus cambios. <br></p>

</span>Hace pocas días atrás se añadió un parche [1] para ordenar las mejores<br>
imágenes aéreas para el editor ID de forma predeterminada, sólo es<br>
necesario añadir la propiedad "best: true" al recurso json en [2] y<br>
[3] justificando porque es el mejor (arriba ya existe esto). Así de<br>
forma automática será seleccionado PNOA en lugar de Bing.<br>
