The Spanish OSM is trying since quite a long time ago to deal with a user, Nemigo [1], who is closing repeatedly notes around the limits of Spain (specially in Galicia [2]), most notably notes that are opened since, in his own opinion, "long time ago". He does not listen to the Spanish community, who by a big number of users have tried to make him understand of his disruptive behavior, and to stop vandalising.<br>

On the contrary, he reacts with bad language and disrespect to most users who address him politely.<br>

To make things even more unacceptable, he started now to vandalise the data itself. You can see one example here [3], where he changed the name of a McDonald's fast food branch to McMerda (merda means shit in Galician language).<br>

I find personally that this user should be blocked and warned to stop forever his behavior.<br>
<br>
You can check the main thread (in Spanish) here [4]. Even if you can't read it, you will find some messages with lots of links to conflicts (notes and changeset conversations).<br>
