<html><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">Bonjour,<div><br></div><div>J'avais évoqué il y a quelques semaines l'éventualité d'utilise la nouvelle base de données "Obstacle" crée par l'Onema.</div><div>Le licence n'étant pas très claire par rapport au communiqué de presse j'avais interrogé l'Onema sur l'usage de ces données pour OpenStreetMap.</div><div><br></div><div>Ce jour l'Onema m'a répondut et propose un rendez-vous pour présenter OSM.</div><div>La correspondante de l'Onema (administrateur données géographique) parle même de la BD Carthage.</div><div>Je n'habite pas en région parisienne (je suis à Cognac) et totalement indisponible pour un rendez-vous.</div><div>Je relaye donc ici si certains ont des disponibilités.</div><div>Obstacles est intéressant, mais Carthage est carrément dément si ça peut se concrétiser.</div><div><br></div><div>Un rdv est proposé mardi, mercredi ou jeudi à partir du 20 juillet... (une demi-journée réservée).</div><div><br></div><div>Je leur répond ce jour pour les informer que je contacte d'autres membres d'OSM-FR pour passer le relai.</div><div><br></div><div>Le référentiel Obstacle référence tout les obstacles de rivières (barrage, seuils, écluses, moulins...)</div><div><br></div><div>La base de données Carthage, référence 525 000 km de rivières, fleuves et ruisseaux et plus d'un kilomètre (échelle 1/50000 et 1/100000). ">Je vous contact en tant que citoyen et contributeur du projet international OpenStreetMap (OSM) qui a pour but de cartographier notre planète en fournissant des données libres de droits.</span></font></div><div style="font-size: medium; "><br></div><div style="font-size: medium; ">OSM est un projet qui serait à la cartographie ce que "Wikipédia" est a l'encyclopédie : un travail collaboratif de nombreuses personnes à travers le monde pour créer, modifier, amender une cartographie mondiale. Il convient donc que les données que nous intégrions soit compatible avec cette licence.</div><div style="font-size: medium; ">Si vous êtes plein propriétaire (producteur) de ces données il vous suffit de nous autoriser l'usage en conformité avec cette licence. Si vos données sont soumises à une licence du type de celle du cadastre c'est aussi compatible.
