 - cron job to unreserve tiles 24 hours after they've been reserved<br>

 - better layer tree (subfolders)<br>
 - tilecache for z < 10 with cache purge every day<br>

 - users may add survey keys at run time ?<br>
 - users may login with their osm credentials, using oauth ?<br>
 - users may choose to divide a tile into 4 if they think it's too<br>
