[Talk-GB] A14 primary road

Dean,
That was me changing it, sorry if I caused confusion. I also split up the
full length into generally junction to junction sections as I was getting
server timeouts trying to download the whole way into JOSM. I run that A14
pretty often so it's gathering a fair few tracks. I re-wayed and tagged for
the full length from the end of the M6 to Huntingdon. Still a few junctions
need tracklogs.
Unless I can show otherwise I still mainly tag two digit A roads as trunk
and the others as primary. With detrunking our maps are going to look a bit
dull if we make too many of them simply primary, local knowledge tells you
whether it really is a fundamental trunk route, even if the Highways Agency
have pushed the administration/management/maintenance back to local
authority control.
Which brings me to another point. Birmingham has just set up a load of Red
Routes. Think I would argue the case that they should all be tagged trunk
till we get a better split of the physical and administrative.
Cheers
Andy
