[Talk-GB] Wainwright Summits and copyright

Here's an interesting one.
Went to the Lake District this weekend which means that when the API comes
back, its first OSM mapping should appear. However it raises something of a
question. Many people will have heard of Wainwright, the authority on Lake
District peaks and their naming. In his books he uses older and more
traditional (thus, probably more correct) names than the OS names e.g Pike O'
Stickle, rather than the OS (including NPE) Pike OF Stickle, or Silver HOW
rather than the OS Silver HOWE.
So what's the thing to do? Use the OS names because one can get them from a
definitely out of copyright source, or use Wainwright's probably more correct
names?
