Contrary to what everyone else has said, I'd disagree that oneway=yes is
correct. When added to roads, this has a meaning of "it's only legal to
for a vehicle to travel in the prescribed direction along this way",
rather than it being a physical property.
You *could* drive the wrong way along a one-way street, but in
contravention of the law of the land. The laws governing the pipeline
are those of physics, which are notoriously harder to break.
I'd say tagging as a pipeline makes the flow implicitly one way, and you
should make sure the way points in the direction of flow (which it
appears you have).
Rendering is just a side issue :)
