That doesn't mean that photographs cannot be taken; just that if they<br>
ask a photographer to stop or leave, they should do so. (And good luck<br>
to them spotting, let alone stopping, everyone who takes a pic with<br>
their mobile phone.)<br>

Nor can they stop people taking pictures from adjacent public spaces,<br>
such as the highway.<br>

In either case, once the pics are taken, Wikipedia and its sister<br>
projects can use them.<br>
