As result there is highway=track<br></div><div style="16px" text-align="left">that is officially a major road.<br></div><div style="16px" text-align="left"><br></div><div style="16px" text-align="left">Japan has steps that have assigned rank of major road (for some historic reasons).<br></div><div style="16px" text-align="left"><br></div><div style="16px" text-align="left">In some cases deviating from official designations makes sense (<br></div><div style="16px" text-align="left">not sure is it actually happening here).<br></div> </body>
