<p>With a Data Working Group hat on I've seen language disputes in
various places, and it's often made worse by someone
"overinterpreting" something in a wiki page or elsewhere that was
perfectly well-meaning but not designed to cover the current
situation at all. If you wanted to refer to the DWG directly "in
the event of a dispute" that wouldn't be a problem, since I'd
expect that the first thing that we'd try and do is to get those
involved to talk things through in a wider forum, possibly this
list or something more local if appropriate.</p>
