consulting on their plan of work for 2021/22. This provides an
opportunity for them to look at this part of the address
puzzle, but they need to know that this is important to
people.</div>

Powell-Smith aka @darkgreener on twitter, has just published a
short briefing on the consultation, how they plan to respond,
and tips to make it easier for others to respond if you want
