<p>Allowed with PERMIT - Vans, Twin Axle Trailers, Pick ups and Flat
backs, Pedestrians</p>
<p>Not Allowed - Vehicles with more than 4 wheels, Tipper vehicles,
Trailers longer than 3 metres, Trade Waste.</p>
<p>Operated by Suez under contract from Lancashire County Council</p>
<p><b>Opening Hours are seasonal - Winter - 0900-1700, Summer
0700-1900 - how can that be tagged?</b></p>
<p><b>And is the Household Waste list of sites updated
automatically? Cos Farington is in the list but has not an OSM
reference?</b><br>

Hmm. I have used (and mapped) these in both Oxfordshire and Cornwall.
Both appeared to cater only for vehicles, but I don't think they
actually displayed any notices to that effect. I don't know what would
happen if a pedestrian turned up with a wheelbarrow of waste or a
rucksac of rubbish even if they could walk along the long access roads.
How would you tag that for access? Similarly I have never been asked to
prove residence.
