Both appeared to cater only for vehicles, but I don't think they
actually displayed any notices to that effect. I don't know what would
happen if a pedestrian turned up with a wheelbarrow of waste or a
rucksac of rubbish even if they could walk along the long access roads.

How would you tag that for access? Similarly I have never been asked to
prove residence.
