I took a look at Ordnance Survey Open Names. As far as I can see:<br>
<br>
- East Twickenham is not mentioned at all<br>
- Fulwell is mentioned only as the name of a railway station<br>
- Richmond Hill is mentioned only as the name of a road<br>
- Grove Park is the only 'populated place' of the four, defined as
a'Suburban Area', and they place it at grid reference 520195,177272.<br>
