    <p>No, you should add it as a normal custom imagery source in the
      preferences (yes that is the remaining inconsistency in imagery
      configuration), see <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://vespucci.io/help/en/Preferences/">http://vespucci.io/help/en/Preferences/</a>
      indicate that it is an overlay and it should just work (at least
      it does for me).</p>
