Just to remind everyone: it's still not 100% clear that we are able to<br>
make use of ONS's UPRN -> Postcode data in OSM. See<br>

. So far ONS have clarified that the datasets can be re-used under the<br>
OGL, but haven't yet confirmed that they don't contain third-party<br>
rights that ONS aren't authorised to licence. The latter would be<br>
excluded from the OGL-licenced content, so we should wait for<br>
confirmation here before making use of the data.<br>
