Does anyone know if these limits also apply to HGVs only, or also to PSVs for example? Would that sign prohibit a coach weighing 12 tons? I am wondering whether maxweightrating:hgv=7.5 might be more accurate.

Common near me is a round prohibition sign showing <a href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:UK_traffic_sign_622_1A_(2011).svg">an HGV with 7.5t inset</a>, with exception plate beneath reading 'Except for access' or 'Except for loading'.

1. Is there a meaningful legal difference between these two exceptions?
</div>
<div>
2. How to tag? I'm using maxweightrating=7.5 for the sign, but not clear how to code the exception in addition.
