. So far ONS have clarified that the datasets can be re-used under the<br>
OGL, but haven't yet confirmed that they don't contain third-party<br>
rights that ONS aren't authorised to licence. The latter would be<br>
excluded from the OGL-licenced content, so we should wait for<br>
confirmation here before making use of the data.<br>

Some correspondence has been added to the page linked by Robert, dated 19 August. If I read it correctly, the ONS has provided all the confirmations that Robert was looking for.<br>
