Your suggestions are exactly what I was thinking are appropriate.<br>

For others listening-in - - Brinscall is a very old village and parish <br>
within Chorley Borough, Eaves Green is a recent housing estate within <br>
Chorley town (a postal town) and also in the central unparished area <br>
within Chorley Borough.<br>
