My faulty assumption was there weren't any real vineyards but that just shows how little I know! <div><br></div><div>We have a number of vineyards in my state. We basically have two climates here - the west side of the Cascade Mountain Rain which is wet and cool and the east side which is dry and hot. Most of the vineyards are on the east side. Yorkshire: one already mapped in Holmfirth (adding an
extra dimension to "Last of the Summer Wine Country")
and another in Westow, which I've only just added. The
latter is apparently the most northerly vineyard in
the UK, though there are some even further north in

killing parts of France but opening areas in England
to produce some of top rated sparkling wines. Check
