This is another example of relations being used just to
collect 'things' together.<br>

The positives for using them are tenuous. <br>
"adding information... only once" and "reducing the potential
for spelling mistakes." is moot as multiple buildings can be
select to edit as one, or the 'replicate' key can be used.<br>
